I have teeth missing at the back of my mouth on both sides.  I am thinking about getting bridges.  Since I had these teeth missing, the gap between my two front teeth seems to be bigger.  Is it possible to move these teeth orthodontically before I have my bridges made?

Hello I am 38 years old and over the past year I have slowly got a gap in between my front teeth which I have not had before. My dentist said the cause of this is I clench my teeth when I am sleep and so is forcing the top teeth to separate. I have always had good straight teeth (no gaps). This is really worrying me. I am an adult who has just started orthodontic work. I am currently wearing a bite/kick plate, which has irritated my cheeks causing an ulcer. I have endeavoured to remedy the irritation with dental wax however the wax which is difficult to keep on the bracket has covered my tooth and gone over the gumline.
