Hi There, about 6 months ago I had a silver crown fitted on the NHS, 2nd tooth from the back, my dentist did not think my tooth could be saved a was very weak from root canal but we we’re lucky, due to this she said it was not worth paying private as she didn’t hold much hope. Now my silver crown is fitted and settling well I dislike it even, I feel conches when I smile as you can see the silver crown. I went back to my dentist who confirms if we remove the crown I’m almost guaranteed of losing the tooth as when she removes the crown the filling will come out with the cement. Is there any way of covering this silver crown white without removing it?
I look forward to hearing from you.
