I have had full top teeth restoration.on the left 2 implants fitted to a bridge holding 7 teeth, however my smile is squint and the left seems to incline up the implants are pulling my teeth up out of line with the right side of my mouth there is no bite as the bridge does not touch my lower teeth. I cannot smile and i was due to get married I have cancelled my wedding and my dnetist now wants to shave the right side to match which would make my teeth so small.I have paid thousands and now Im so depressed and scared to go back. Please can you give me some advise?

As TJ has suggested you need to talk to your dentist about the design of smile that you wish to have. This should have been done before the dentistry was provided
In a complex case such as this one there is usually a stage where a mock up of the new smile is placed in the mouth in a provisional material to allow for aesthetics, phonetics and function to be tested prior to fabrication of the final restoration.
I usually leave this in place for at least a couple of days although sometimes it is in place for a number of months. This mock up is produced from photo imaging and diagnostic models which have been modified to give the new smile
If your dentist has skipped these stages then there is less chance of you getting the smile of your dreams
Another thing to bear in mind is that in your photo the left hand side of your lip does not lift as high as the right (right and left reversed in photo) and this makes the teeth on your left look even shorter
In situations like this (and real people do not have perfectly symmetrical faces) it is important to use the trial mock up to decide exactly which facial landmarks one is going to line up the smile to so that you end up with a result that looks like it is part of you

You can ask your dentist to trim them into shapes that you like . Insist on it being what you would like , bad smile design is down to tight budgets set by you or the dentist and no trail smile work for your approval being made.

There is a world of fine dentistry out there , you have to shop around to find it and ask patients who have been treated by the same dentists to see if you like the work they are producing .

The look of your teeth is largely down to the person who made it and the communication between them , your dentist and yourself . Make sure this happened.

If you cannot smile , then it needs resolving , ask him or her kindly to please rectify it , tell them how you would like it changed and why . Only you can do this .

From professional point of view , it could be much better , especially as it was a whole upper arch and so there was a blank canvas . I am sure your dentist will help you.
