On 24/2/2016 I went for a check-up. One of my teeth needs a crown. The initial work was done on 24/3/2016. On 18/4/2016 I return to the dentist for the crown to be finished. Will I pay the band 3 NHS rate ending on 31/3/2016 of £222.50 or the new rate starting on 1/4/2016 of £233.70? Marked as spam
