Hello, I wonder if any of your dentists can help me out by answering a few questions. I am an NHS patient recieving Pension Credit so i do not have to pay for treatment. Last August i had a lot of teeth extracted and had immediate dentures. These were fine and i liked the look of them. Since August 2 teeth have come away from the plate and also a hairline crack. I got a crown fitted today and he had to contour the back,side and contoured my bottom teeth to prevent an overbite. I have had several crowns and never had this done before. I know I need to let it settle and thought it should fit instantly without any adjustment. It now feels rough front and back and is a really tight fit. Hi, I've had several implants fitted , bridgework , abutments and crowns after a silly accident and not dental decay. This all began back in the early 90's when implants were relatively new. I had a crown put on one of my back molars about 6 months ago and it is a tight fit. It is pushing against the tooth in front and the front tooth is a bit sore. Is the tooth in front at risk for being perminantly damaged?
