When the tip of my tongue touches the inside of my teeth it feels like something is on the tongue tip to spit out. It is really sensitive on the new crown that I got a couple of months ago.

Go back to see you dentist as this could be some excess cement or a crown margin that needs smoothing

Begin by going back to your dentist and checking if there is roughness on the back of the new crown which easilly can be polished off. If that doesn't do the trick other things need to be investigated
