Hi have a crown on my front tooth.. I have had it in for about 20 years now.. In the last year it has dropped and sticks out..a bit like nanny mcphee.. I now hate my smile
Is there anything that can be done

As TJ suggests this will take some planning and at the moment little can be done

The most important thing is to understand WHY the tooth has moved and in my experience this is usually due to gum disease +/- bite issues which increase the tipping forces on a mobile tooth

Once this has been addressed it should be possible to move the tooth back with some type of brace but as this will take time often pts choose to have the tooth extracted and replaced with an implant, bridge or denture as these options can be cheaper, quicker and give better long term stability
