Hi, I’ve had several implants fitted , bridgework , abutments and crowns after a silly accident and not dental decay. This all began back in the early 90’s when implants were relatively new. Since having a fresh refitting 2 years ago , due to a root canal failing and an extraction becoming a necessity I have been most unhappy about my smile. I cannot return as the surgeon has retired .It looks nothing like my original smile or indeed the first set of implants. The teeth are too far back and not long enough. So at the front I have an implant with a tooth attached , and either side bridges, crowns and implants. Is it possible to have the front crown (on the implant) and the attached front tooth somehow brought forward or built up somehow? I have spent thousands on my teeth and it seems so silly to feel unhappy with them. So basically I want my front teeth bringing forward. Many thanks
